Recovery Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido Rain Rock, a residential treatment program for adults struggling with eating disorders and addiction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in their recovery journey, providing guidance and intervention consistent with their treatment plan.
  • Engage clients in healthy relationships with peers and staff, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Assist with food preparation and meal supervision, modeling healthy eating habits.
  • Participate in therapeutic groups and develop skills to promote clinical growth.
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations to ensure client well-being.
  • Occasionally, transport clients to appointments and activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
