About the Role:

BHNetwork is seeking a Recovery Coach to join our OTP program. As a Recovery Coach, you will work with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, providing support and guidance to help them achieve and maintain sobriety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group coaching to individuals in recovery
  • Develop and implement recovery plans with clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred)
  • Prior completion of the Recovery Coach Academy (strongly preferred)
  • 2 years of experience working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with substance use recovery support services
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
  • Enrollment in or completion of a CADAC program (preferred)
  • Professional demeanor in communicating with clients and care team members
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car for work purposes (required)
  • Experience with Expecting Mothers in Recovery (required)
