Qualifications for Success

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Business Management, complemented by at least one year of experience in the Rental Industry, or three to four years of relevant industry experience.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Key Skills and Attributes

The following skills will be essential:

  • Strong leadership and effective communication abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of P&L and other critical financial controls.
  • Experience in outside sales or negotiation and influencing.
  • Familiarity with construction or industrial markets is advantageous.
  • A high level of accountability, time management, and a willingness to learn all business aspects.

Physical Requirements

This role demands physical capabilities such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting weights of 50 pounds or more. You may also be required to work in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, depending on job demands.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $64,941.40. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including position, location, education, training, and experience.
