Responsibilities- Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Provide on-going orientation about Mindful Care programs and services to patients and colleagues
- Complete session notes within 72 hours to ensure accurate documentation
- Participate in monthly supervision and M&M sessions with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care
- Uphold HIPAA, state, and federal confidentiality laws to maintain patient trust and confidentiality
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and New York
- Insurance-eligible through CMS
- Excellent communication, patient care, and leadership skills
- Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and time-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to work with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals
