Senior Psychotherapist

Mindful Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Senior Psychotherapist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide individual, micro, and group therapy services to patients via telehealth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments and develop treatment plans with patients
• Provide ongoing orientation about Mindful Urgent Care programs and services
• Complete session notes within 72 hours
• Participate in monthly supervision and M&M sessions with the clinical team
• Responsible for comprehensive case management services, discharge planning, continuing care services, education, and referrals as needed

Requirements:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and New York
• Insurance-eligible through CMS
• Excellent communication, patient care, and leadership skills
• Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and time-manage
• Desire to work with diverse populations
• LGBTQ+ ally
• Bilingual, and American Sign Language (ASL) are a plus
