What You'll Be DoingEssential Functions:
- Conduct thorough and timely bio-psychosocial assessments.
- Complete detailed suicide assessments, including protective and risk factors.
- Ensure written documentation is clear, well-organized, and signed.
- Maintain accurate billing and notes.
- Develop treatment plans by the 5th visit.
- Complete three-month summaries every three months thereafter.
- Meet productivity standards for direct service hours (65%).
- Establish measurable, behavioral goals and focus treatment accordingly.
- Plan discharges appropriately, addressing future service needs.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
- NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Bilingual preferred.
