  • Remove linens and trash from dirty rooms to ensure a smooth and efficient housekeeping process.
  • Maintain the lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to ensure they are clean, neat, and free of all rubbish and debris.
  • Remove spots, insects, and debris, polish fixtures, and clean ashtrays to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
