Job Summary:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate will be accountable for the following:


Serve as the main point of contact for the project, liaising with project sponsors and product managers, as well as all Weis Markets Business Units, while overseeing the entire project lifecycle.

Develop and publish a detailed project plan that encompasses the development timeline, resource allocation, and integration of third-party solutions.

Organize, schedule, and manage the activities of intricate business projects that involve multiple departments to guarantee that project outcomes are delivered punctually, within budget, and meet specifications.

Ensure adherence to methodologies, processes, and tools as prescribed by the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) and comply with PMBOK Project Management standards.

Raise issues to leadership when necessary.
Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.

SUPERVISORY ROLE

This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

To excel in this role, the associate must effectively fulfill each essential duty.

The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:


An associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or 8-10 years of experience in roles such as business operations manager, project manager, consultant, or business analyst within Information Technology or Business Processes.

PMP Certification is preferred.
