Key Responsibilities- Project Support
- Provide day-to-day support to project managers and site managers on assigned construction projects.
- Assist in establishing bid lists, including invitations and subcontractor qualifications.
- Document and control project drawings.
- Maintain accurate and timely Building Connected data.
- Documentation and Administration
- Generate, process, and track project-related documentation, including owner contracts, proposals, and change orders.
- Obtain, distribute, and process submittals and shop drawings.
- Assist with verification of project safety programs from subcontractors.
- Document and maintain project filing systems, including close-out, warranty, and O&M correspondence.
- Financial Management
- Work with accounting software to set up project budgets, input cost codes, and review project financials.
- Site Support
- Assist site managers with jobsite setup, weekly job-site meetings, and Procore-related items.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant construction experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project, and Building Connected.
Employees must be able to function well in uncontrolled environmental conditions, with constant change in weather and site conditions. They must also be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., routinely lift 50 lbs., and perform other physical tasks as required.
Travel is required, but in most cases does not involve overnight stays.
