Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at NCW. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with project managers, site operation leads, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
  • Site Safety and Risk Management
    • Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, design professionals, and subcontractors
    • Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads to ensure project goals are met
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Associate's degree in construction management or similar equivalent experience
    • Wood Frame Multi Family project experience
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, BlueBeam, Plangrid, and Scheduling programs
