We are currently on the lookout for a Custodial Team Leader to oversee a small group of cleaning professionals. This role will primarily involve working during the early evening hours at a designated federal facility. The main objective of this position is to guide and develop team members while ensuring that all tasks are executed in alignment with contractual obligations and standards.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, where you will actively assist the team with cleaning duties as necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and enforcing quality control and safety protocols to guarantee adherence to contract specifications, relevant regulations, and organizational policies. Acting as a key point of contact, you will facilitate communication between the client, your team, and HSI management.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals while representing our organization positively and professionally. The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision is crucial for success in this role. Vaccination compliance is required.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Compensation: $18.41/hour (with a 3% increase anticipated) plus a $4.22/hour health and welfare stipend.
