We are seeking a skilled Medicaid Coordinator to join our team at Isabella Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care. As a Medicaid Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial well-being of our patients and residents.

Responsibilities:

Establishes financial status and Medicaid eligibility prior to admission, and maintains Medicaid eligibility throughout Nursing Home stay

Qualifications:

Bilingual English & Spanish required

High School diploma or equivalent, required

Bachelor's Degree, preferred

Prior experience in Nursing Home Medicaid Eligibility, required

Working knowledge of software program EDITS to submit Medicaid application
