Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Maitre D Manager to lead our exceptional hospitality team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive unparalleled service from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the front-of-house and kitchen teams, ensuring seamless service delivery. Cultivate strong relationships with our guests, particularly VIPs, and address any service-related inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Reservation Management: Oversee the reservations process, ensuring optimal seating arrangements and efficient booking protocols. Analyze reservation patterns to maximize guest capacity and enhance service flow.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end dining environment.
