Join Our Team as an Assistant Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development.
  • Support the implementation of our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting to the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Prior experience in childcare or a demonstrable passion for early childhood education is preferred.
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including performance level, immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training.
