Position Overview
As a Senior Retail Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and employees within our retail environment. You will not only meet your personal sales goals but also contribute to the leadership dynamics of the store. Building strong relationships with customers and team members through your expertise in technology, products, and sales strategies is essential. You will assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members, leveraging your specialized knowledge to support colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating product knowledge and delivering an outstanding customer experience consistently.
- Oversee sales floor operations, ensuring standards are upheld while coaching team members to enhance their performance.
- Proactively engage in achieving and exceeding sales targets, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Ensure all customer-facing technology is operational, optimizing sales opportunities and enhancing the overall store experience.
- Support daily operational tasks as directed by management, including staffing and compliance with company policies.
- Enhance the onboarding experience for new hires, focusing on training and development related to technology and processes.
- Participate in inventory management and financial audits, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
- Act as a resource for customer service escalations and operational needs in the absence of store management.
- Conduct audits of store policies and procedures to maintain a high-performing retail environment.
- Exercise independent judgment in leadership tasks and responsibilities assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, with the capacity to stand and move throughout the store.
- Consistent and punctual attendance, with availability for varied schedules, including nights and weekends.

Compensation
Base Pay: $17.65
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $25.82
