Job Summary

The Dispensary Service Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding patient experiences through personalized guidance, expert knowledge, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer personalized advice and guidance to patients on our premium cannabis products, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
  • Resolve Patient Concerns: Address patient questions and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage Patient Intake: Oversee the patient intake process, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
  • Process Patient Orders: Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill patient orders using our Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems.
  • Maintain a Positive Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Comply with Regulations: Ensure compliance with company policies, local, and state regulations, preventing the diversion of medical cannabis.
  • Assist with Inventory Management: Participate in daily inventory counts, process floor stock, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their experience.
Requirements
  • Basic Math and Computer Skills: Possess basic math, computer, and cash handling skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Demonstrate ability to coordinate and problem-solve in a professional manner, with excellent communication skills.
  • Age and Background Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass all background checks.
  • Reliability and Attendance: Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with a strong commitment to reliability and teamwork.
  • Experience and Education: 1-3 years' experience in retail or customer service, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
