Key Responsibilities
  • Greets and registers incoming patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Verifies patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate billing and coding.
  • Schedules appointments and coordinates patient care with healthcare providers.
  • Communicates with patients regarding financial obligations, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurances.
  • Processes multi-channel messages related to patient and/or physician requests.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
  • Works collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Certification(s) and License(s) as required by state and federal regulations
