Job Summary

Sutter Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist II to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized radiology procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Competently perform radiology procedures to produce quality images
  • Work independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills
  • Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and healthcare providers through competent patient assessment and effective communication
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy
  • May assist in orienting other staff to the department
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
  • ARRT-American Register of Radiologic Technologist certification
  • CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist certification (from state where work is being performed)
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
  • RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy certification within 180 days of hire (if required at the affiliate)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
