We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at MedlinkHealth Anesthesia in Berlin, NH. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, helping them achieve optimal physical function and independence.
About the Role:In this rewarding position, you will be responsible for creating personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices to improve mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and pain management. You will also utilize manual therapy, exercise, stretching, and other modalities to help patients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress
- Minimum of 2 years of current physical therapy experience
- Valid New Hampshire Physical Therapy license (or eligible for compact licensure) required at time of application
- Current BLS certification
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary: $31.77 - $47.66 per hour ($66,081.60 - $99,132.80 annually)
