About the Role

This is a per diem position, working day/evening shifts, 6:30am - 3:00pm, 12:30pm - 9:00pm, with weekend and holiday rotation. The successful candidate will be based at Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy.
  • Provide immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel.
  • Stay up-to-date with computer applications, pertinent state and federal law/regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a five year Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Pharmacy is required.
  • Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
  • Over one year related experience preferred. Consideration given to new graduates.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
