Job Title: Relief Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team at Mindlance. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate dispensing of medications to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of prescription processing and dispensing.
  • Oversee record keeping and licensing to guarantee compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
  • Review and update pharmacy protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory agency regulations.
  • Report prescription audit results and trending on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain and update reference materials.
  • Communicate with physicians, nurses, and third-party logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Verify prescriptions, supplies, and support services required by patients.
  • Ensure all required documentation is maintained, including exception reporting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes by providing input for procedural changes.
  • Comply with standard operating procedures, quality assurance, and JCAHO standards, local state and federal regulations, and good manufacturing practices.

Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy is required. An active pharmacy license in good standing in the dispensing pharmacy location is also necessary. Job experience in drug distribution is preferred.
