PASRR Clinical Evaluator Job Summary

CNSI is seeking a skilled PASRR Clinical Evaluator to join our team. As a PASRR Clinical Evaluator, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face clinical assessments of individuals with serious mental illness, intellectual disability, or related conditions admitting into nursing homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct accurate evaluations and recommendations through clinical assessment of the patient, relevant records, and collateral sources.
  • Recommend the appropriate level of care and service needs based on the patient's physical, behavioral, and psychological functioning.
  • Complete assessments on time and within scope of practice to meet all contractual requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with program workflows.
Requirements:
  • Active unrestricted licensure in North Carolina in a healthcare field such as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Psychological Associate, or RN (with master's degree in Psychiatric Nursing or relevant field).
  • Graduation from an accredited College with relevant Degree Program.
  • A clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and reliable transportation to travel in the state of North Carolina.
  • 3+ years of practical experience in working with mental illness.
  • 3+ years of experience in working with individuals with intellectual disability, developmental disabilities, or related conditions.
