Role Purpose:
With a customer base of approximately 1 million individuals nationwide, we are seeking dedicated customer service professionals to assist in addressing inquiries and providing support. This role is crucial in managing our busy communication channels at our designated location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls efficiently while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:

- Adept at researching and analyzing information.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask.

- Meet both personal and team performance metrics.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
