Per Diem Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient units. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
- Two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
