We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Summary:The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your nursing skills and experience in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Current RN licensure in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred.
