Position Details:
This role allows you to work primarily from home. Candidates must possess their own computer or laptop, a phone, and reliable internet access.
Applicants should be capable of professionally communicating solutions to homeowners interested in safeguarding their families against significant health challenges or unforeseen events.
Work flexibility is offered, allowing you to operate from any location where you hold a license.
While prior experience is not mandatory, previous roles in sales or marketing will be advantageous.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position.
Agents working within our established sales framework have the potential to earn between $50,000 and $100,000 annually, whether on a part-time or full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily outreach to leads and scheduling appointments is essential.
- Conduct meetings to discuss various options available to families.
- Submit electronic applications to insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
- Manage your own schedule while being open to travel for training and team collaboration to enhance leadership skills. Attend local team meetings and engage in self-development activities.
Qualifications:
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, possess a positive attitude, be coachable, a team player, and service-oriented.
- Access to a cell phone, internet, and a laptop or desktop is required.
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Life and Health Insurance License in your state is necessary.
- Completion of AML Training and E&O Insurance is required for contracting with multiple carriers.
- Leads will be provided, and candidates should be open to mentorship and team engagement upon hiring.
