We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Dalton, GA. This is a contracted position offering full or part-time hours.
Job Overview:
As a Contracted SLP, you will have the opportunity to provide essential speech therapy services to students in Dalton, GA. Whether you're a seasoned professional with CCC or a Clinical Fellow (CFY), we welcome your expertise and dedication.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Identify speech and language disorders in students through thorough assessments.
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create tailored treatment plans based on students' unique needs.
- Provide Direct Therapy Services: Offer direct therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Collaborate with Educators and Parents: Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills.
- Document Student Progress: Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment sessions.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree: A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- Valid Texas State License: Hold a valid Texas state license or be eligible for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC): Preference given to candidates with a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits:
