Role Description

The Restaurant Supervisor with a Focus on Customer Experience will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring optimal customer service and client satisfaction, and providing cost-effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations. This key role will also assist in the responsibility for all operational activities, including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and facility-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or comparable experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $27.00 per hour plus possible overtime (OT).
