  • Inventory Management: Order supplies to maintain an adequate inventory and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Compliance: Enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards, maintaining a clean and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of kitchen and staff management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry best practices and working knowledge of computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
  • Education: BS degree in Culinary Science or related certificate is a plus.
