Job DescriptionJob Title: Staff Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general ledger account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure efficient cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies to maintain a high level of financial governance.
  • Assist with internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
