Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks in accordance with industry best practices, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Maintain ethical standards in all interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to assemble and align equipment accurately.
  • Document issues, actions taken, and material usage on work orders.
  • Utilize power tools and fabrication equipment to install and repair HVAC systems.
  • Report daily to the Fabrication Supervisor regarding shop activities.
  • Assist in inventory management to uphold company standards.
  • Complete assignments efficiently with minimal disruptions.
  • Fit and weld components to create complete assemblies.
  • Perform tasks at job sites as directed, including assisting with installations and delivering equipment.
  • Be available for overtime as required to meet project deadlines.
  • Familiarize yourself with parts and equipment to support project preparations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, construction, or plumbing systems.

Preferred:

  • Experience in pipe fitting or plumbing.
  • 6G pipe welding certification.
  • Familiarity with control systems.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in pipe fitting or welding.

Licenses:

Valid DMV license required.
