We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator Emergency to join our team at Los Robles Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our emergency department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.

About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care in the emergency department. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.

As a CNC, you will also be responsible for managing staff schedules, providing guidance and support to nursing staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team
  • Manage staff schedules and provide guidance and support
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred
  • 2 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing, required
  • Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC), required
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), required
  • Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN), required
