Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Linen Operations Supervisor to oversee our laundry services. This role requires flexibility, as our operations run seven days a week, including holidays. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotel or resort laundry environments and must thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the sorting, washing, and drying of linens according to established procedures.
  • Ensure proper folding, counting, and stacking of linens.
  • Manage the collection of soiled linens and distribution of clean linens.
  • Transport supplies, including clean and soiled linens, to designated areas.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct routine inspections of linens for wear and damage, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in both commercial and residential laundry facilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
