Recreation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation Supervisor to join our team at the Town of Marana, AZ. As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of recreation programs and services for the community.

• Develop and implement recreation programs and services that meet the needs of the community
• Supervise and manage a team of recreation staff, including program coordinators and facility managers
• Manage the operation of recreation facilities, including scheduling, maintenance, and customer service
• Develop and manage budgets for recreation programs and services
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to promote recreation programs and services

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Physical Education, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in recreation management, including supervisory experience
• Valid Arizona driver's license
• First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications

• Master's degree in Recreation Management or related field
• Certified Parks and Recreation Professional (CPRP) certification
• Experience with recreation software management
