Accentuate Staffing is collaborating with a prestigious healthcare organization seeking an MRI Manager. This position is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive compensation and benefits while working onsite.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive credentials in MRI and have a minimum of two years of experience collaborating with MRI technologists to enhance image quality, as well as experience working directly with radiologists to improve MRI efficiencies and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership within the MRI and Radiology departments, overseeing teams of MRI technologists across various locations.
- Develop new and revitalize existing technical procedures and techniques as necessary, ensuring that manuals are updated and reviewed annually.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MRI, maintaining communication with all radiologists to support the Site Manager in delivering high-quality service.
- Formulate plans and feasibility analyses for the expansion and modification of services and/or activities, including preparing and submitting recommendations for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines across all assigned service areas, fostering department-wide compliance and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in a field related to Radiology.
- Active AART certification.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and/or supervising MRI Technologists in a healthcare setting.
