Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Leading construction teams and ensuring that all work adheres to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to formulate detailed project plans and specifications.
  • Preparing and submitting various reports, including progress and budget reports, to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Overseeing the procurement process for materials and equipment, ensuring suppliers meet quality and delivery expectations.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction of healthcare facilities.
