Aircraft Quality Assurance Inspector

Objective of the Role
The Quality Control Inspector at NetJets Aviation, Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring that the maintenance division adheres to 14 CFR regulations and the NetJets General Maintenance Manual. This position is responsible for monitoring and evaluating maintenance practices to identify and rectify quality deficiencies. The Inspector also manages and preserves the documentation related to aircraft maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts on-site inspections of maintenance providers to verify compliance with 14 CFR and the approved maintenance protocols of NetJets. Gathers and analyzes inspection data to pinpoint and address quality issues. Performs audits of maintenance documentation to ensure adherence to 14 CFR and the approved maintenance standards of NetJets. Manages the organization and storage of all aircraft maintenance records. Executes tasks related to the addition and removal of aircraft from the NetJets fleet. Oversees the 14 CFR Part 135 Conformity Inspection, which includes compiling, reviewing, and processing aircraft records. Prepares documentation for aircraft leaving the 135 certificate. Ensures compliance with 14 CFR reporting requirements related to Airworthiness Directives, Service Difficulty reports, and Mechanical Interruption Summary reports. Undertakes additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. This role may require travel and non-standard working hours, including nights and weekends. High School diploma in Aviation Management or Business AdministrationRequired Certifications
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificationExperience Required
4-6 years of relevant experienceCore Competencies

An Associate's Degree is preferred. A minimum of 4 years in aircraft heavy or line maintenance or as a lead Mechanic. At least 2 years of experience in managing and researching maintenance-related documentation. Familiarity with the policies and procedures of aircraft regulatory agencies. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language. Capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively. Willingness to work nights, various shifts, and holidays.-
