Objective of the Role

The Quality Control Inspector at NetJets Aviation, Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring that the maintenance operations adhere to the regulations set forth by 14 CFR and the NetJets General Maintenance Manual. This position is responsible for monitoring and conducting oversight to identify and rectify any discrepancies in maintenance quality. The Inspector also audits and manages the documentation of aircraft maintenance records.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts on-site inspections of maintenance providers to verify compliance with 14 CFR and the approved maintenance protocols of NetJets. Gathers and analyzes inspection data to pinpoint and address maintenance quality issues. Performs audits of aircraft maintenance documentation to ensure adherence to 14 CFR and the NetJets approved maintenance standards. Manages the organization and storage of all maintenance records. Oversees the processes related to the addition and removal of aircraft from the NetJets fleet. This includes supervising the 14 CFR Part 135 Conformity Inspection, which entails compiling, reviewing, and processing aircraft records. Prepares documentation for aircraft transitioning out of the 135 certificate. Ensures compliance with 14 CFR reporting requirements concerning Airworthiness Directives, Service Difficulty Reports, and Mechanical Interruption Summary Reports. Undertakes additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. This role may require travel and occasional non-standard working hours, including nights and weekends. Educational Requirements

High School diploma in Aviation Management or Business Administration

Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Willingness to work nights, various shifts, and holidays.
