About the Role:

The Customer Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of Regional Business Managers and Brokers to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and profit targets in the Value Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to build business and reach customer goals
  • Manage performance and monitor progress vs. plan with regards to volumes, budgets, spending, and MBOs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Operations, Revenue, Brokers, and Sales Director to develop strategies and tactics that deliver the annual operating volume, Net Sales, and profit plan
  • Analyze account-level sales and broker performance and make corrections to plan and identify new opportunities
  • Accountable for financial management, including trade budgets, consumer budgets, trade deductions, product unsaleables, and team T&E budget
  • Responsible for recruiting, development, and succession planning for a team of Customer Development Managers and/or Regional Business Managers
  • Coordinate and develop sales and channel activities within a geographical territory/Customer and provide individual development and cross-training for support staff as well as for brokers
