Build Your Business & Watch it Grow

Compensation:

$75,000+ Commissions

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

  • Attract Junior Agents to build up market area (typically 2-3 agents)
  • Mentor Junior Agents in the Expansion Market
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Qualifications:
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

  • Current MN or WI Real Estate License (both would be best)
  • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service 
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
  • A great attitude

We are a top-producing team in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin with 100 + years of combined experience in the real estate field commencing over 4000 real estate transactions and over a Billion Dollars in closed business (Yes a Billion). Last year we (10 agents) closed nearly 300 homes. We specialize in residential (Listing / Selling), New Construction, Land, Farm, and Recreation. We use advanced CRMs and automated follow-up techniques to convert cold leads into warm leads and have transaction coordinators and admin staff handle most of the paperwork. Our goal is to hire agents that are producing, but could use another 10-15 transactions per year to make their career worthwhile We will provide the hands-on coaching and support that larger brokerages can't and at the same time, provide enough QUALITY leads for you to be successful and build your career better than it is now
