Position Overview

The Senior Analyst in Market Finance Operations plays a crucial role in gathering, interpreting, and presenting various market metrics, linking operational efficiency and member satisfaction to financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Provider Contracting, and Actuarial to support organizational objectives.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as Excel, SQL, and SAS to extract data, generate key performance reports, and create impactful data visualizations.
  • Provide clear and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Regional Leadership to transform complex financial and operational data into digestible information that informs strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain data models for various ad-hoc analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Monitor utilization reports and act as a primary responder to emerging trends.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with SAS or SQL.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members.
Preferred
  • MBA, CPA, or background in Actuarial science.
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $76,800 - $105,800 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
