Job Title: Housekeeping Team Member

At Team Outsider, we are on a mission to be the most hospitable team in the world. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Team Member is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our campgrounds, facilities, and buildings. This includes performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning programs, as well as providing excellent guest service and maintaining a well-groomed appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled cleaning programs for specific buildings and facilities
  • Use the right cleaning chemicals and take necessary safety measures
  • Bring lost and found items to the main office and report broken or damaged items
  • Provide excellent guest service and maintain a well-groomed appearance
  • Track and submit supplies that need to be replenished
  • Report customer problems and requests to the General Manager
Requirements:
  • A passion for customer service and the outdoors
  • Ability to read product labels and follow safe operating rules
  • Ability to work in wet and slippery conditions and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to understand and speak the English language fluently
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 80%)
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb
