Job Summary

We are seeking a committed Supervisor to manage construction projects within our organization.

The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing and coordinating construction operations, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.

Duties:

  • Lead and supervise a team of construction personnel on-site
  • Collaborate with project managers to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Monitor the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Effectively manage project timelines and budgets
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for tracking project progress
  • Interpret schematics and blueprints to direct construction activities
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
  • Work with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project needs
Experience:

  • Previous experience in construction management is required
  • Proficient in using tools like Ohmmeter and HeavyBid for estimating and bidding
  • Strong budgeting skills to effectively monitor project expenses
  • Familiarity with various construction management software applications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
