Landscape Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team at Rowe Professional Services Company. As a key member of our Design Services Division, you will be responsible for developing and managing projects related to parks, streetscapes, public spaces, and site plan preparation for retail, residential, or office developments.

• Develop and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Provide presentation-quality graphics for project marketing and presentations, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
• Develop construction documents, including planting plans, soil erosion and sedimentation control documents, and permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide site observation during construction, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan.
• Manage staff, budgets, and schedules, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Maintain and build client relationships, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture and a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• Michigan Professional Landscape Architect License and LEED accreditation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Sketch-up, M-color, and Microsoft products.
• Experience with MDNR, MNRTF, and Passport grant applications, MEDC, and TAP grant programs.
• Strong project management, design, and production skills, with experience in community projects and municipal/district/development authorities.
• Excellent analytical and judgement capabilities, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work remotely and in person effectively.
