Preferred Qualifications

  • Contact Center Experience: Prior experience working in a contact center environment, handling customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Pharmacy Technician Knowledge: Working knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures, including medication management and dispensing.
  • Veterinary Technician Experience: Previous experience working as a veterinary technician or in a similar role, providing care and support to animals.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with bilingual customers.
  • Education: Some college education or a degree in a related field, such as pharmacy or veterinary technology.
