Job DescriptionThis role involves:
- Leading a team of optical specialists to achieve daily sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends to recommend relevant eyewear solutions.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operational activities, including inventory management, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
