We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team at GreenStone Farm Credit Services. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technology solutions that support our business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex projects, including time and priority management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project sponsors to develop work requests and translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements.
- Provide tier 2 production support for end users of custom software systems and conduct reviews of business requirements to ensure system requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
- Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications and work on enhancing the Solution Delivery Methodology (SDM).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an analyst role or in an IT environment.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new processes and procedures to meet business initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals.
