Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for implementing speech-language services for patients, caregivers, and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and with ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
- Develop discharge plans and contribute to case management
- Implement skilled speech-language services for patients, caregivers, and centers
