Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

This role offers a unique chance to grow your SLP expertise while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and their families.



Responsibilities:

Evaluate patient communication levels and determine the need for continued therapy services
Develop and implement effective communication plans to improve patient outcomes
Teach patients and caregivers alternative communication methods, such as sign language
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and submit visit documentation per Agency policy

Qualifications:

Master's degree as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP
Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP
Minimum of one year (1) direct patient care experience preferably in-home care environment
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation, valid driver license, and current automobile insurance
