Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team at Rawlings Sporting Goods Company Inc. in Washington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency using scan guns and industrial lifts.
  • Transport orders to packing areas in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Supervisor and other team members to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including working in various DC departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, calculate figures, and apply basic math concepts.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular standing, walking, and lifting required.

Working Conditions:

Our Distribution Center operates in a climate-controlled environment, with normal hours of 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM Monday-Thursday. Some overtime may be required.
